Useful Information Regarding International Orders
Your orders will be shipped within 24 hours of payment being completed. This period may be longer for custom-designed products. You can find detailed information in the product description.
In extraordinary circumstances such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, riots, civil unrest, nuclear risk and danger, war, invasion, revolution, civil war, sabotage, earthquakes, and fires, and in situations caused by the recipient (not being at the address, lack of an authorized person to receive the delivery, the recipient having moved from the address, etc.), delivery times and conditions may vary.
If no one is at the address at the time of delivery, the courier will leave you a notification note containing the courier company's phone number. The address where the notification note was left will not be revisited; in this case, the customer must pick up the package from the branch.
When your order is delivered, you should open the package and check the product in the presence of the courier. This is especially important for packages that are crushed, torn, opened, or wet. In the event of an unexpected situation, if you encounter a defective product, you must not accept the package and have the courier representative prepare a report so that the package is returned to us by the courier company.
If you are not at the address you specified at the time of delivery, your order will be delivered to the person at the delivery address after their photo ID is checked and their signature is obtained.

Customs and Import Tax
Due to restrictions and new regulations, packages shipped abroad may be subject to customs duties according to the laws of the country of origin. In this case, customs officials will contact you to inform you about what you need to do to receive your package.
Customs and import taxes are a matter between you and the country of origin. If you do not pay customs fees, a return of your package is not possible; our company has no responsibility in this regard.
With the Presidential Decree dated July 31, 2025, the "Additional Reciprocal Tariffs" application was announced, and these tariffs came into effect on August 7, 2025.
According to this regulation, all goods purchased abroad by US citizens will be subject to an additional 15% tariff by the US Customs Administration.
All transactions related to tariff collection and implementation will be handled through DHL Express, authorized by the U.S. Government.
As Yahrenay, we provide delivery services to approximately 128 different countries. Unfortunately, as a global company, we do not have the ability to eliminate these additional tariffs; therefore, we are obliged to fulfill this requirement. Please note that the recipient of the customs duties is not Modazehrada, but the U.S. Government's new Customs Directive.
We would also like to emphasize that delivery times may be extended due to the implementation of the new regulations by the relevant shipping companies.
